...It offers the delicacy of French kitchen, and exquisite international plates. Through the several characteristic specialties that render the place truly only, they deserve I point out the famous Onion Soup "au gratin", the flamed scallop with Calvados served with cooked apple, the Guinea fowl with shrimps and manioca nuggets, and between the brûlée cakies, unmatched creams and mousses to the fusing chocolate.
